Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta
A rich and comforting pasta dish with tender shrimp and creamy sauce.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Sauté garlic in butter, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Pour in cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley.
