Shrimp Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and shrimp until shrimp turns pink.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-frying for 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and serve over brown rice.
