Shrimp Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and shrimp until shrimp turns pink.
  2. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-frying for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and serve over brown rice.
