Veggie Scramble Wrap

A protein-packed breakfast wrap filled with scrambled eggs and veggies.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté spinach and tomatoes until soft.
- Pour beaten eggs into the pan and scramble with the veggies.
- Once cooked, place the mixture on a tortilla, add cheese, and wrap it up.
