Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

A light, creamy, and indulgent no-bake dessert—perfect for Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)

  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers (for layering)
  • Fresh strawberries & chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare Strawberry Puree: Blend fresh or thawed frozen strawberries into a smooth puree. Set aside.

Whip the Cream: In a bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate.

Make the Cheesecake Base: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Fold it Together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to deflate the air.

Swirl in Strawberry Puree: Fold the puree into the mousse for a marbled effect or fully mix it for a uniform pink color.

Assemble: In small dessert glasses, layer crushed graham crackers and mousse alternately.

Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh strawberries, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of strawberry sauce. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
