Mini Egg Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:
- 12 oz dark or milk chocolate (chopped or chips)
- 6 oz white chocolate
- ¾ cup mini candy-coated chocolate eggs (like Cadbury Mini Eggs)
- Easter sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark/milk chocolate and pour onto the sheet. Spread into a rectangle.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the dark layer. Use a toothpick to swirl gently.
- Press mini eggs into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with Easter decorations.
- Chill for 30 minutes or until set. Break into pieces and serve!
