Mini Egg Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz dark or milk chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 6 oz white chocolate
  • ¾ cup mini candy-coated chocolate eggs (like Cadbury Mini Eggs)
  • Easter sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark/milk chocolate and pour onto the sheet. Spread into a rectangle.
  3. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the dark layer. Use a toothpick to swirl gently.
  4. Press mini eggs into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with Easter decorations.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes or until set. Break into pieces and serve!
