Spring Vegetable Frittata

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup asparagus (chopped)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onions and asparagus in olive oil until tender.
- Beat eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into skillet, add tomatoes and feta.
- Bake for 12–15 mins until set and golden.
