Honey Glazed Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
Sweet, savory, and perfect for a classy Mother’s Day dinner.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season pork with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until browned.
- Mix balsamic, honey, garlic, and thyme into a glaze.
- Place pork on a baking sheet and drizzle glaze on top.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through. Let pork rest, then slice.
- Serve with spoon over pan juices.
