Honey Glazed Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until browned.
  3. Mix balsamic, honey, garlic, and thyme into a glaze.
  4. Place pork on a baking sheet and drizzle glaze on top.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through. Let pork rest, then slice.
  6. Serve with spoon over pan juices.
